Overall I enjoy taking it
I am on the Keto Diet, and I needed B Complex in a liquid form, instead of a slow release B Complex Pill, and I can feel my mood, and energy increase after taking the Liquid Complex. It does have a distinct after taste that I don't think I'll eve get used to, but for all the Vitamins that are in the liquid, it's kind of expected so I think it's normal. It's also the lowest in Sugar grams I could find. Overall I enjoy taking it, and it helps with my eating habits.

Good Results. Horrible taste.
Tastes like minty meat seasoning, BUT its only 1/4 tsp a day so its doable. Flavor doesn't last long.
