GREAT for boosting energy
I'm on my second bottle of this now, my first bottle lasted 6 months! I find that it seriously helps my energy levels which keeps me from slowing down and wallowing in depression. When I go without this for a few days, I notice that I'm grouchy, more irritable, and I get upset a lot more easily. Adversely, when I drink a teaspoon every day (usually with an emergen-c packet in some orange juice) , I feel so much more ready to deal with people and handle issues at my job as they're thrown at me.
