Better than expected
This mixes very easily into my morning coffee, which I take with milk. Perhaps the milk hides the flavor, but I can't taste the powder in there at all. It's so easy to use that it fits nicely into my morning routine. My skin seems to look better, too.

Has helped with hair some
I put one scoop of this in my coffee every morning. I don't taste it, but that may be because I use vanilla flavoring in my coffee. I have read some reviews stating that it doesn't mix well. I have found that by adding the scoop of powder to my cup and then pouring the coffee over it and stirring really well, I don't have any problems with lumps. I did add a scoop after I had poured my coffee and had trouble getting it to dissolve. Lesson learned....add a scoop of collagen first, then pour the coffee. I also add half of a teaspoon of organic unrefined coconut oil to my coffee also. My hair has stopped falling out, but I don't have any relief from joint pain.

I chose this brand because it is egg free
I tried Vitauthority first and ended up having an upset stomach. I found out later it has egg in it and I have sensitivity to eggs. I started taking this brand 3 weeks ago. The first week I didn’t notice any difference. The 2nd week I started to have snake like poops! I was having some irregular bowel movements before and this definitely helped! Week 3 I am loosing less hair which is the main reason I started to take it. I was loosing around 20 hairs in the shower after washing. Now around 5-10! I did have some issues mixing it, but learned if I put the powder in the cup first and then pour the liquid in it mixes just fine. Even in cold water. I add flavor water packs. It also fills me up more and I haven’t been as hungry! So another bonus!
