Didn't Dissolve in Coffee
The brand Collagen I normally get was out of stock so I tried this brand. Very disappointing as it didn't dissolve in my morning coffee. Guess I'll use it in scrambled eggs or soup. Maybe it was getting old?

After using for three months, skin keeps moisture better
Started using this as I was losing weight and my dermatologist recommended taking collagen to help with skin elasticity. Started seeing the impact after about six weeks and my hands look less wrinkly and the skin seems less fragile. After three months, I noticed my knees hurt less often. Highly recommend. It does slightly change the flavor of what you add it into, but it isn't bad. Just started taking it with a small cup of warm water in the morning before I drink my cup of milk. It does dissolve best mixed with hotter water.

Improvement in hair
I have noticed an improvement in my hair and skin since starting use. I add it to my coffee every morning. I only deducted one star because it doesn't dissolve well if I don't add it to my cup before adding my coffee. Otherwise, no taste and it does seem to help.

Helps my hair grow longer and thicker!
I will say I can't believe how long and thick my fine blonde hair has grown since I've been using this. I actually bought it for skin improvement, which I think it does help, however, my hair is the longest it's been since I was in high school. I'm in my 60's and with age one's hair does thin out. Not mine after using this product everyday in my smoothies.
