Safety 1st Baby Care Basics

I bought this because it was recommended by the plan but I hate taking liquid anything so I discovered some B-12 in pill form made by another company. I took that until it ran out and then started taking the Now B-12. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. It did seem to taste like a jolly rancher and it was not difficult to keep it in my mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing. I didn't notice much of a difference though between the Now brand and the other brand. Both worked well to give me energy and help with weight loss.
