Great dose of B vitamins
Although this B vitamin liquid doesn't taste very good it really gives you extra energy for the day. The best thing about it being concentrated is that you only take a 1/4 tsp. The taste quickly dissipates. I would recommend to anyone who needs a daily vitamin pick me up.
